Adidas Wide Fit Flanker III Rugby Boots

These are fantastic boots, aimed solely for flankers and 8s. They have long studs and a low cut boot, not too low mind! Perfect boots all weather, may even suit front row if they’re mobile as they’re low cut. At £39.99 you can’t really go wrong, unlike the girlies boots they’ve got the longer studs and they seem more durable.

Verdict

Perfect for back row and mobile forwards, not aimed at scrummaging power houses. Not the cheapest around but still, good value for a known brand.

Adidas Mens Regulate III Low Rugby Boots

Another set of low cut rugby boots, perfect for backs and back row. Because of the price this is a must have for all backrow players during the summer months when it is hot.

At £24.99 through our link, these rugby boots are fantastic value and a must have. Perfect for the girlies (backs) & backrow for the summer.

Well, the first review and… I’m afraid it’s a girlies pair, yes a pair for the backs… these are designed for running rather than scrumming. They have a nice manly look and for £34.24… you can’t go wrong, as a prop I have a pair of girlies for the summer months when the long studs are destroying the soles of my feet. As they’re only 8 studs… don’t expect to be doing too much damage in the scrum, especially if it’s wet.

Verdict
Aimed at backs, may suit an athletic 8 or potentially an openside flanker. Good backup pair for the arid Autumns!
